Christmas Day 2010

First we went to Travis's parents house to open and exchange gifts and have breakfast.

Grammy and Papa gave the kids each a rocking chair. I couldn't get Gage to sit still long enough to take a picture. Go figure!

Jake opening our present to him.

We gave Chad and Ali a "dirty" gift. I love watching Ali get embarrassed!
Grandparents were there so it made it even better! Obviously Chad like it! :)

Ky was so happy to get her Jessie doll!

Gage and buzz hanging out with Grandma and Grandpa Holder

The kiddos.

We went home for a little bit to let Gage sleep and Marlin and Tonya came over to see the presents.
Trav teaching Ky how to break.

In the afternoon we went to Trav's grandparents for a party and I of course didn't really take any pictures :(. That night we went to my sisters house to exchange gifts with my family.
Parker had to show us his 4 wheeler Santa brought him.

Gage and Buzz just hanging out!

My niece Brynlee got Just Dance for the Wii so we played that for a while. It was a blast!

Gage and my brother Jeff (can't forget about Buzz!)

My Mom and Brent gave Kylee an easy bake oven. She was so excited! Every Wednesday that she is there while I work her and Brent bake something. This present is very fitting!

Brynlee's cheesy smile. We gave her some makeup.

Cute little Dax. He started walking Christmas day behind that walker. So cute!!

There are a few posts from Christmas so keep scrolling down!

Christmas Morning 2010

I look forward to when my kids wake me up Christmas morning instead of me waking them up.

Santa brought Ky a bike. Santa covered their presents he brought with blankets and Ky was really hesitant to pull hers off. Once she did she told us that she thought Santa was hiding underneath!

Santa brought Gage a cozy coupe police car. He didn't get out of it for about a half hour. He had to open a few presents inside of it.

I had him open Buzz last because I knew he wouldn't put it down. He held on to buzz from 8 a.m. through most of the next day only putting him for a minute or two. He finally put buzz down to play with something else. He still sleeps with him and has him for the majority of the day.

Kylee really wanted a pillow pet. When she peeked at it while she was opening it she thought it was sand?! It was a big hit!

Her favorite. Furry frenzies.

Opening presents inside of his car.

We had so much fun watching the kids open their presents that we forgot we had our own. We only had 30 min to open our presents and get ready before we had to be to Trav's parents house.
Travis got me that chair for camping. They are my fav chairs! Now I don't have to steal other people's!

Kylee wearing Trav's muck boots I got him.

Christmas morning is always so magical and fun. We are so blessed every year to get so much!

Christmas Eve 2010 in Grantsville

We spent Christmas Eve with Trav's family this year. We started the night with delicious food and then watched a few short movies to remind us why we celebrate Christmas. After that Travis's uncle Mike made some marshmallow guns and the war began...
The shooters

She was determined to shoot Kaycee

Hallie and Cache shooting Kaycee

Gage walked around and ate the marshmallows every shot off of the floor...Yummy!

Awww..cute! My bro-in-law loves me! :)

Every year my Mother-in-law gets my kids jammies. Ky loved her "ruffle bum" and of course Gage loved his Buzz jammies. When he saw them he started taking his shirt off so I would put them on him.
By the end of the night he was sooo ready for bed!

Kylee's Christmas Programs

Kylee had two programs with her preschool. The first one was on Wednesday at the mall. Her teacher has a few different classes and most of the kids from all classes sang together. It was really cute. I couldn't get any good pictures of them singing because of the lighting.

Miss Ky after her performance

One of her "best friends" Hannah came to watch her.
(Hannah is Trav's cousins daughter but we just call her a cousin)

Most of the kids before it started. Kylee is in the front row.

This is the best picture I could get. Too bad it was their eyes that were red and not their noses ;) It would have gone with the theme! (again Ky is in the front row 4th from the left)

My handsome monster. He enjoyed clapping when the songs were done.

Her program at the library was today. They had a special visitor at the end of it. :)

Mingling before it started

"Mele Kalikimaka" is Hawaii's way to say Merry Christmas to you.

Their special visitor!
Each kid got a present and got to sit on Santa's lap and tell him what they wanted for Christmas.

I warned Santa that he would scream and I was right. Now I can show him what a stinker he was when he is older!

Her gift that Santa gave her.

I am so impressed with Mrs. Karen, Kylee's teacher. She does an excellent job with the kids and putting on these programs.
